1. OKVLT CLOTHING webstore is run by:
Jaromir Matusz, ul. Cicha 3/70, 35-326 Rzeszów, Poland
hereinafter reffered to as "Seller”.
2. Buyer may be an adult person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter reffered to as "Customer".
3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, except technical breaks or maintenance.
4. Conclusion of the agreement takes place upon an order by the Customer. Execution of orders is immediately after the payment the Customer account Seller (via bank transfer or via PayPal).
5. The purchased goods are sent to the address given by the Customer in the order form.
6. Seller shall be liable for two years from the date of purchase in case of non-confomity in accordance with Article 10 of the Act on Special Conditions of Cunsomer Sales of 27th July 2002.
7. In the case of non-conformity, a letter stating the incompability and expectations concering how to implement commitments should be sent to the Seller.
8. During the ten days of the delivery of ordered goods, The Customer has the right to return without giving reasons in the context of withdrawal, according to the general principles deriving from the provisions on the conclusion of distance. The Seller within seven days shall refund the money to the account of the Customer.
9. Prices of goods offered by the Seller are denominated in Polish zlotys, Euros, British Pounds and US Dollars and include tax.
10. Presented by the Seller is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. It is only invitation to enter into negotations (pursuant to Article 71 of the Civil Code).
11. Seller agrees to protect personal data accordance with the law Personal Data Protection of 29th of August 1997 (Dz. U. No. 133, item. 883) and the Act on Electronic Services (Dz. U. 12. Nothing in this Regulations is not intended to affect the rights of the Customer.
